Seeing as has yet to pass the house or senate, I’d say it’s hard to make any judgment calls regarding whether or not it will be introduced. However, given the rates at which bills tend to be passed, it is somewhat unlikely. Although this is taking nothing but the tendency for senate to reject bills into account. Then again, as it is a bill to suppress communist activity it may be more likely to pass, given their previous decisions on this matter.
