A federal appeals court blocked a racist Florida law that restricts Chinese citizens from buying land from being enforced against the two people who sued the state. The court did not, however, block the law entirely; it’s still in effect for everyone else. One of the judges, Nancy Abudu, agreed that this was a blatant violation of the Fourteenth Amendment, and the ACLU of Florida intends to continue fighting to prevent this law from being enforced more broadly.
This fight isn’t over, but this decision certainly acknowledges the discriminatory nature of this law and is a big win.

I mean he started from “down with foreign capital” which is a slogan of every single fascist organisation ever, and then we have slurs, ableism, racism, anticommunism and in one of recent posts also open call for genocide.

I mean fair enough, I was more meaning, the more I read the more deranged it gets, and denies they said what they said, then says what they said agian. This was the most textbook example of an argument with a Lib or more accurately a Fascist I have ever seen.

No I think he ment only US citizens could own property PERIOD, anywhere in the world, so that means we get all the military bases.

Like the European immigrantes who illegally took all the land that the First Nations worked hard for through military coercion and inheritance theif from the 150 years of fake school Holocaust that inspired the Nazi Holocaust? You should not complain about foreign occupation because the Western European diaspora boost that buying land is part of free market, freedom, meritocracy, and “civilization by colonizers” who are supposedly responsible for all the prosperity of the colonized people. Since the Western European diaspora deny their racist double standards, I am sure that the Western European diaspora will openly sell their land and properties to foreigners especially when the foreigners had buy land more legally and ethically than the Western European diaspora tradition of fake school genocide that the Nazi German imitated. The Weatern European diaspora might even praise occupation of the stolen land by foreigners as a Western European colonial tradition to civilize the natives just as the US establish military base across the world to impose dictatorship and a command economy.
OP is trying to lead the lib in question to the conclusion you’ve posted. They are well aware of this.
