Thanks! A little bit of both but more in the ‘something I wanted’ pile. It’s quite similar to the last place. I find that after too long in the same job all the little annoying things build up too much. They become ‘reasons to leave’ rather than things that just get on my nerves.

And I find that when I get too comfortable, employers and managers try to take advantage a little bit more and a little bit more. You spend all this time cultivating an image of just-about-competent. But after a few years of not fucking up, they can see right through it and give you all the extra work, anyway lol.
