Didn’t the USSR also have nukes? In addition to China.

Yes, but USA or whatever remain of it, as a state shouldn’t have even pointier toothpick before they rehabilitate.

Are you talking about giving stolen/conquered land back to the natives? Also, how do we repatriate the non-native inhabitants?

Decolonisation don’t necessarily (i guess you can think of the nazi version where everyone is being literally thrown to the sea but idk if anyone seriously wants this) mean resettlement of the people. It means first and foremost expropriation of the colonial elite and destroying settler political system. I agree the word is a bit misguiding because in socialist version it would necesarily had to be done largely by and for working class of settlers too.

About balkanisation, this is most realistic of three as it can and most likely will at some point, happen without communism, because their union is already showing signs of weakening.

The Red Deal is a manifesto, written by Indigenous peoples, about what Marxist decolonization could look like, and it should be mandatory reading for any socialist living in a settler colonial country.

Ordered. Common Notions has a lot of enticing books! I had to be very disciplined with their catalogue.

I didn’t realise that! But nevermind. I don’t mind supporting the writers if I can and I prefer physical books when I can get them. But that is handy to know.
