iOS doesn’t allow 3rd party browsers, they all must use iOS’ embedded WebKit implementation. However, iOS does have a feature called “Content Blockers” which allows separate apps to block content on sites. Last time I used iOS many years ago, I remember there being a few content blockers on the app store. I don’t remember which one I used though.
