Not a native speaker but the more common term for sexually connotated sucking is “blasen” (blowing). Sometimes “lutschen” (sucking) is also used.
In general DeepL is a really good translating service compared to Google, but it doesn’t support as many languages - mainly European ones at the moment.
Vouch for DeepL, it’s way better at translating English to German compared to Google Translate.
