I think Lenin wrote in the first chapter of State and Revolution why it doesn’t work. Terrorism is for the purpose of spreading terror. That’s not what we aim to do, we want the masses to work with us rather than fear us. The IRA are debatable because I’m pretty sure they called the bombing locations prior and order evacuations. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong but La Mon bombing was called in by IRA and ignored by the person answering phones.
