    China, Russia and DPRK cooperation to defend DPRK is based, no idea what they wanted to say there (is Russia even really involved?).

      I think it’s actually referring to the myth about DPRK “selling weapons to Russia”. It floated for a bit recently

            DPRK have pretty substantial military industry though and for example artillery shells could be easily bought by Russia, since their usage in the war is so huge that it’s often called “artillery war”.
