It has been a colony since the Maidan putsch in 2014, and as he also said - there is no middle ground between being sovereign and being a colony. This is absolutely true of the EU as a whole and most of its individual member states, of NATO, of the UK, etc. None of these countries are capable of independent action, they just serve as vectors for the US empire.

yeah, it’s called ‘The Smile of Victory’, her name was Võ Thị Thắng, she was a politician in Vietnam after the war. She served 6 years of a 20 year hard labour sentence (it was for an attempted assassination of a collaborationist spy, so not exactly a small thing).
