Thanking him for “ending” the cold war implies it was some sort of win-win peace agreement where both sides made up and lived happily ever after, but in reality one side clearly won the conflict and became the world hegemon; while the other paid with the impoverishment, de-industrialization and looting of their countries. I don’t get why libs paint him as a hero, it’s just nonsense given the facts.
