      ukrop isn’t a racial slur any more than Lib is. Ukrop is a political designation.

      It’s not an ethnic slur, it’s apparently from the Ihor Kolomoyskyi sponsored political party, Ukrainian Association of Patriots:

      I have no idea why, since it’s pretty marginal now, but it included many very loud ukrofascists, so probably because they became symbol of russophobia for Russians.
