          Possible explanation in the China Bad Times Expanded Universe

          The first sentence is to explain what an automobile is* so Chinese people can wake up (能起). The second sentence explains that no car = not democratic and not freedom (不民主,不自由). The last sentence says that now (现在) that you stopped (了) the propaganda, you should start (始) getting cars.

          *Did you know there’s no cars in China due to the authoritarian public transit system?

          Finally, the last word means to be unreasonable (离谱) because in China they include the comments in the video, and some hater commented.
