    anyone got good resources to begin working out?? Every time i look online someone is trying to sell their 10-day program to loose 100 pounds, but i don’t need that lol. Just want to be more fit.

      BULLYJUICE! BULLYJUICE! Look him up on YouTube, he has short videos(like 5 min to 10 min videos, 1 hr is probably the longest he’s ever made) he doesn’t sell shit, he doesn’t talk for 10 minutes. And also, exercise is a journey, take your time, there is no one path to health. Breaks and hydration are key. I’d say nutrition is too,(it is I’m just picky lol) but I eat like crap, I’m just lucky I have the metabolism of the Gods, if you can eat healthy that’s even better.
