Dialectical and Historical Materialism and Foundations of Leninism is available at marxists.org as epubs. FoL doesn’t seem to be any different from the one on prolewiki.
I use calibre. The marxists.org guide might help a little
Do you convert PDFs that do not have embedded text (i.e. scanned images of pages only) into epub format?
Yes!
Damn. Does Calibre do OCR these days or do you do it manually?
Manually. I use ocrmypdf, and then read through the result to fix anything that went wrong.
