You see these a lot in newer apartment buildings in the capitalist world, and not just highest end ones for the elite, as they are convenient. I’m curious if these would be included in a new apartment under socialism or if these would exclusively be full publicly accessible facilities. Is the idea of amenities specifically for the residents in one building compatible with socialism?

What would be done about the existing apartments built like this?

Another idea: could socialist society have a situation were anyone can use the common area amenities in any apartment, as in anyone can enter any apartment, just not people’s own units?

Are your house size units in feet or meters? I’m assuming meters because 60 square feet is extremely small, unless that’s what you mean.

What do you think should be done about the existing detached houses in North America if it were to go communist? I hate the suburbs as much as you do, but I’m not convinced that demolishing all of them ASAP is a good use of resources.

I am speaking about meters. These houses you speak off, depending on the plan and the ability of society to sustain such structures. But communism is not going to America anytime soon. America wont exist for long, so houses will be the least for you to worry.
