It’s on page 32 of the PDF I linked, right from the government of India’s website. But the wording was changed away in 1976, removing the words socialist and secular.

    The words “secular” and “socialist” were added to the constitution without due process in 1976, when emergency provisions were in force and India was under an actual dictator.

    FUN FACT : Indian constitution was written and adopted by a legislature elected under british rule, under british laws and procedures.
