I don’t know how much of it Venezuela or their other neighbors have but here in Brazil there’s a lot, and as the regime’s meddling for the last many years hasn’t led to as much theft as they wanted they might be trying to use their attack, theft and murder against Venezuela to make moves here too. Though if those moves will be just threats or attacks will depend on what they can get away doing against Venezuela…

A lot of reddit is just “non political” stuff so the ammount of bots there is probably quite low. The biggest contributor to propaganda in places like this might just be “concerned citzens” who believe all the propaganda from the empire either because they never saw anything different or because that propaganda “being true” is good for their material conditions as well. So I’m not so sure about the ammount of bots being that high…

The businessess would only want it if it gave a profit though, and as China hasn’t stopped selling RE for peaceful purposes the only way the us could get it to be profitable is by really increasing the price of the weapons they sell, or they’d need to ban the import of RE so they can be the only supplier to themselves, and I doubt the main concern of whoever gets to control the supply will have ‘actually supplying it’ as their main goal. Profit will be viewed as the main goal and as such the supply will likely be kept to a minimum for maximum profit for the longest possible time, all the while more and more countries that bought weapons from the empire will move to other suppliers, namely China and Russia, growing closer to them along the way.

The imperial core bourgeoisie will likely get even more of the wealth concentrated in their hands continuing to lead to instability and further loss technological or industrial strenght…

All I see is people going half way around the globe to kill children for their own material benefits.

They didn’t “spend” all that money though. A lot of it was “spent” on paying workers and goods but a lot of it went to the bourgeoisie as part of the wealth transfer to the bouregoisie, and some of their supporters, under capitalism.

Being mad about being massively exposed to symbols and face representing murderous entitties that killed millions, if not billions, and continue to do so, like what they did with COVID or the police/army/militias/colonists killing of many everyday, while people make jokes about them and make light of their crimes and give them the exposure they always liked is “fed behaviour” but plastering this place with swastikas and yankee flags is fine?
