    What about the bourgeois families and the politicians supporting them? Even they will be worse off??

    I doubt the money the poor aren’t getting is simply stopping to exist.

      Actually, the article is about a piece of research done by the JRF. It says, i believe, that all families will be worse off, even the wealthy, because of a drop in public services making life less tolerable even for those with increased wealth.
