One Hungarian source I read said that the Ukrainian defense ministry has said they are afraid the POWs will “be used for Russian propaganda”, which is to say, they will tell the truth about being forced into the army and given poor support.
I hope Orban steps on a Lego, but I bet these guys are really grateful to be in Hungary right now.

I mean, didn’t the Hungarian Prime Minister come out against NATO and pushed for peace talks between Russia and Ukraine? I remember some British guy was interviewing him and I was super annoyed at the accusatory questioning.
Pretty sure Hungary still sold Ukraine a bunch of shit. Weapons, fuel, etc
Which makes it even weirder that they’re coming down on Hungary so hard when they followed NATO orders until more recently.
