Your emotions and thinking patterns will change. And many people (myself included) report some massive changes in sexual behaviour and preferences. Men are going to start looking at you very differently, and there’s a good chance you might like it once you get used to it. And I know that you’ve likely been told this a million times, but you’re going to get weak and tired. And it will shock you just how weak you get and how fast it happens. You’ll start to smell nice too, and cis women will start gushing over your skin. My partner asked me once what didn’t change with HRT. The only thing I could think of was (unfortunately) my voice.
It’s a whole lot all at once, and you’re in for a full on rollercoaster ride. But it can be a very fun ride, and life without dysphoria is truly eye opening. You’ll one day look back at old pictures of yourself and be shocked at the visual difference, not only in appearance but also in mood.
Welcome to the club sister!
EDIT: And the dysphoria is likely going to get worse before it gets better. For me it was 9 months of anxiety, then all of a sudden I started male failing and the world opened up.
