Also love the whole “many Ukrainians”, vast majority of Ukrainians fought on the side of USSR against the nazis.
Yeah that subset of Ukrainians who were just itching to murder Jews viewed the Nazis as liberators, cause they were finally free to live out their sadistic, genocidal impulses. The rest of the population, the overwhelming majority who weren’t murderous psychopaths, did not.
