Looks cool, do your party use it opportunity for agitation, and if yes, how?

A lot of them are kids from the poorer regions of Antwerp, so talking about seizing the means of production might not be the most relatable thing for them.

The festival has a focus on diversity and anti-racism. There were speakers from the party talking about racism and how we fight against it. There were workshops organized with local talent: skating, boxing, football, make up, hair etc. Our youth org Redfox was there to talk to people. I saw a lot of Palestina banners actually, which was nice.

So we try to relate to the kids lol. We had some big Belgian artists (mainly hiphop) and we had some stuff kids like where we would try to have some ideology added in the mix.

Pretty cool to see you guys have this too. The German SDAJ has a similar thing with the Festival der Jugend (festival of the youth), which used to happen bi-yearly and is now back on schedule after a couple years of Covid-break.

Is that how diversity is spelled in Belgian, or is it supposed to be a portmanteau of diversity and city?
