Unlike the mainland Chinese government who were founded by oppressed people and still run by democratically minded people, the government in the USA and Canada were still under the control of white supremacists, imperialists, and free riding European immigrants who sabotage any political parties that are not bised towards the interest of European immigrants. Although there are ‘special’ government services to the Indigenous First Nations as compensation for war crimes from the 100 years of child enslavement, torture, and murder in Indian Residential fake Schools that supposedly ended in 1998 (the child enslavement could continute longer), the compensation from government services are inaccessible and not supportive due intentionally designed flawed. The racist white war criminals have the authority on the whole Truth and Reconciliation process to implement reconciliation policies that seem good for the alleged purpose, but the policies failed to achieve the alleged goal in practice and they even worsen repression against First Nation people. In the first place, the Truth and Reconciliation had only apologized for cultural destruction that they confessed to commited since the start of the fake school genocide while hiding the more horrible atrocities in the fake schools, refuse to prosecute the war criminals who created the fake school death camps that became the Nazi dealth camp, use the testimony of the war criminals as the sole source of information about the war crimes, censor the voice of the victims, and put the management of the repraration money under corrupted European immigrants who make the money disappeared. If the truth and reconciliation project failed in any way, they could always put all the blame on the first nation chiefs who never had any power in the project.
