He’s just a disciple of Marx and Lenin school of dunks, though in twitter form (i wish he would write a book!). They didn’t used swearwords nor street slang, but they both went pretty far to dunk on people stubborn in their idiocy. I mean just for two examples, Marx wrote one of his most fundamental works in foreign language just to make a pun on Proudhon, not to mention the nuclear grade burn about being french economist and german philosopher. Lenin found time in the middle of harshest struggle to write entire book about Kautsky and he wasn’t exactly careful in choosing words about him there.
The deezenuts left is a style of left-wing politics that obliterate civility to convey an anti-imperialist, pro-AES and decolonial message using vulgarity. It is most closely associated with international left-wing media that emerged in the early 2020’s, such as the podcast The Deprogram.
