I just can’t anymore man everyday I have to see a genocide unfold and nothing gets done. I don’t even know what to do anymore. I see vids of people holding up torn apart children all the while Israel keeps saying it ‘precisely struck Hamas terrorist’ in the same breath.
Absolute madness.
Like, with this massacre you have fucking rescue workers, who have been seeing a genocide up close for months now, saying it is too gruesome for them to work. Who can stop this? You’ve got mothers in there who are having to collect pieces of their children so they can put them together like a fucking puzzle and I am somehow supposed to act normal according to my government?

Consuming this day in day out and listening to libs talk about elections and then just dismissing the reminders that a genocide is happening is enraging. They literally talk about pointless election shit because let’s face it, the key thing both are offering is how racist and oppressive they will be vis a vis genocide, immigration law, trans rights, etc… what are they even offering that improves people’s lives. I know Americans are selfish, get mad at me all you want, what else do you call the self absorption as a genocide happens, but they are not even giving Americans anything.
This place has to be defanged. That’s what has to happen.
It really lays bare just how little power we have to influence our govt in this system.
