Ukrainian soldiers repeatedly hit a place where people were selling goods. Reportedly, French air bomb was used in a first attack, and then when people arrived to help, Ukrainian soldiers shelled HIMARS. It happened in a village named Sadovoe, Kherson oblast. 22 people were killed, 15 wounded.

In Lugansk, Ukrainian army shelled ATACMS missiles. 4 people were killed and 57 were wounded. Unfortunately, the numbers might increase, as a part of an apartment building was destroyed, as seen on photo, and rescuers are still working on site.
