The death toll from the Ukrainian attack on Khorly, Kherson Oblast, has risen to 29, including two children. Fifteen injured remain hospitalized, three of whom are in serious condition. At least 60 people were injured in total.

Many were burned alive.

What’s particularly cynical is that the attack occurred after the reconnaissance mission—almost at midnight. Due to the devastating fire, no more people could be saved. It was not extinguished until the early morning.
