A VPN doesn’t work like that, people aren’t watching content from other regions, they want content from content creators in their country/community/region.
Using a VPN for tiktok would mess with your algorithm to an unusable degree, unless you want to watch Indonesian TikTok’s I guess? Plus how many people are really going to be using one? 5% max?
