I don’t know about these reports. I wish they are true, and maybe they are, but I think they are generated to justify increasing the military budget.
I think that’s very much the intent behind such reports, but Ukraine is showing that US is very much not prepared for a peer conflict.

Guess the conclusion of this report is to buy more ships and planes I guess. Maybe increase pay a bit to entice people to enlist.
