What the third panel is in reference to is the false idea of Judeo-Bolshevism, which, in short, is a theory propagated by the 3rd Reich that Jews controlled the USSR which the Nazis then used to attempt to further justify the holocaust, and to justify the invasion of and the attempted settling of Eastern Europe by ethnic Germans. The opinion represented by the third panel of this meme is not only highly, highly anti-Semitic it is literal Nazi propaganda and anybody spitting such evil and deranged rhetoric is undoubtedly a Nazi.
I think it it does in so far as that war is in the headlines right now and Israel is attracting criticism for their actions. Seems like this was an attempt to hop on the bandwagon but with a clunky and wholly unrelated idea. It’s weird seeing it here of all places.
