I will admit I learn piece by piece through being in ML spaces. So, I know a basic amount about Lebanon and Syria and their situation with Palestine/Israel/etc. But, I know nothing about Egypt or Jordan.

I’ve heard people here say that Egypt is some form of a puppet, and I’ve heard people elsewhere (that I don’t trust to have the whole picture nor tell the truth if they did) saying that Egypt and Jordan are rejecting Palestinian refugees because everybody has been alienated from the PLO/Hamas.

Anybody that can shed some light on this?

I understand that even countries that like Palestine refrain from being too aggressive towards Israel ever because Israel is a psychotic dog with rabies that will nuke the entire Middle East if it feels the consequences of its evil action coming home to roost. But I always enjoy having a better understanding of countries, especially ones we’re barely exposed to here in the West.
