      Thank you! They were very easy to grow- if you toss some birdseed on the ground and kick dirt over it they’ll sprout in about a week. If you’ve never gardened before, I definitely encourage starting with sunflowers.

    I like that.

    Reading and studying is fun and all but so is more experiential stuff, stuff that’s more tangible and that involves more physical activity. I’ve been doing a lot of workout sessions at the gym, for example.

      Completely agree, comrade.

      Gardening really helps me when I’m going through a rough patch. There’s something spiritual about watching a plant grow from a tiny seed to a six-foot flower and knowing that you cared for it every step of the way. Vegetable gardening is even better because you can eat what you grew. I love to hear my neighbors gush about how fresh my green beans taste.
