Russian here. We didn’t even get terrorism drills, despite Beslan happening before our eyes. Then again, we didn’t get school shootings until 2010’s, at least not that I’ve heard.
We had fire drills from time to time, which were always announced in advance and consisted of basically just going outside when the alarm rings, and standing there awkwardly for a few minutes
I’m glad that Fire Drills are basically the same everywhere, just vibe outside for like 5 minutes pretending to be avoiding a fire and not doing anything

I’m currently working in the middle east and it’s actually the other way around; when there’s a fire we go inside cause it’s colder.
