i need to know whos actuallu to blame the downing of mh17, a lot of people said its the rebels, i heard it was the ukranian goverment fault because not closing airspace over donbass
I’m quite certain it was DPR/LPR separatists. But, I don’t believe they intended to shoot down a civilian plane. Footage from the seperatists at the crash site, shows them surprised when they realize that.
There was a no-fly zone extending to 32,000 feet, and MH17 was flying at 33,000 feet.
