    Compared to Americans? Probably.

    I don’t know how representative I am for the average European but I usually have some eggs or a cup of skyr with fruits and/or oats for breakfast.

      i remember going to spain with some relatives as a kid and damn i was perpetually starving because our breakfast was 1 slice of bread with coffee. maybe they just were cheap i guess.

        Similar to yoghurt. Low calories, very high in protein. Ideal breakfast if you are on a diet.

        500g have like ~300 kcal and ~55g of protein.
