I think the last time I was ready for a new year was like 2008 or 9.
The last time I was excited was 2019 because that year was awesome for me. I really felt that 2020 was going to be even better.
And then Covid hit lol
That feel is real. I thought 2020 would be a belter, I was pretty excited for the Olympics and the year just had a great sense of optimism. That was shattered pretty quickly.
Understood your not allowed to feel optimism for a year or else bad things happen… um how are you feeling about 2026
