The idea of a team on non-state backed Ukrainians just renting a recreational yacht, somehow loading all the required equipment on there (procured from where?), and then puttering around the Baltic Sea, one of the most heavily watched naval regions on earth during a war presumably crawling with sensors and surveillance, to place chargers in FOUR different spots without anyone saying or doing anything just seems ludicrous.
