One last question: do you have ADHD or think you do?

        Right off the bat:

Get noise-cancelling headphones to help you read.

Listen to classical music or lo-fi music on YouTube or Spotify.

And take frequent breaks from reading and only read in bouts (so a minute or two doing nothing or briefly doing something else and then resume reading).

Also, go to your Settings and adjust ClearType.

Windows 11 can also adjust that you see on your screen (I use Lucida Sans as that’s good for reading but Times New Roman is also good).

Also: get a dark mode app if you’re reading online or an app that gives a sandy color to the background for people with dyslexia (it’s useful for people without dyslexia too, I think).

Also: the more you read, the more you acclimate to reading. Eventually, you’ll begin to want it.

Then you should use the tips that I gave you then, especially.

I have that too, although Aspergers is an antiquated term.

            🤝
