How’s it going comrades? How’s the workouts going?

Sorry I haven’t posted in a bit. Job searching has me pretty stressed but I’m gonna try and not let that keep us from having the weekly thread moving forward I finally managed to get motivated and lift some this week.

    Bruh I got 2.5 kilos of a new whey powder and I can’t digest it lmao. It’s made from whey concentrate and super hard on the stomach. Wish I knew before I bought it, I don’t know what to do with it now.

    I tried a friend’s native whey and no problems there, so I’m just gonna switch to the same one (+ I love those huge buckets large quantities come in; if you buy it per 4 kilos it’s significantly cheaper).

    Except what do I do with the 2+ kilos I have left?? I have some whey isolate left so I think I might mix both together; I can tolerate the concentrate if I don’t take too much at once, although it’s still not great.

      Try to make pancakes with it to see if that works

      Try mixing it into other dishes. Also if you get powder that doesn’t mess with you gut cut it with small amounts of the other. Like a 2 to 1 or 3 to 1 ratio of good to bad powders.

        This is actually what I do with the pea protein powder I got. It’s not bad but it’s really gritty by itself. So I mix it with another powder that I have that gets really thick if mixed with almond milk. When I do 50/50 I don’t get the weird gritty ess of the pea protein.
