I dont have the energy to insist on what is and isnt goth rock these days. I certainly wouldnt have the energy to tell the difference of metal genres. 🥺😔
I was being facecious. My point was that most people just look at something and conclude it’s one thing or another at a glance. So heavy screaming singing is “metal” to the normans. Just like Cinema Strange is somehow “emo”.
