A famous one was a maternity hospital in Mariupol which had been empty for weeks and used as munitions depot and hideout by the Ukronazis. So they got their wives and girlfriends to dress up even put pillows under their shirts to pretend Russia just bombed a maternity hospital because it hates babies.
