Thank god for China, now theres a possibility of a non-cringe anime industry. And by cringe I mean the constant pedophilia, incestuous, and sexualization that is prevalent in the hyper capitalist industry. Other countries should follow their example. In more ways than this one.
I’m so thankful that my country however shitty it is has a good censorship and control of anime. They cut out all the things you mentioned here that I didn’t even know that exists in anime at all, they leave violence, curse words(even add some in our language lol) but cut everything even remotely sexual.
When I saw it on the internet, I had no idea what the hell are they talking about and when I watched the original version of it, I was disgusted at best when I saw what they did to one of my favorite characters ever. Watching the original versions of the anime is just the WTF moment.
