What are your thoughts on Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej?

I found this Anti-communist on getchan song about romania first communist leader. He was a mass murdered according to this guy. But its unlikely he is… I need to explore more about Gheorghiu-Dej policies. Any help ?
