If this really was done by the US and/or Ukraine, this is a direct attack on critical European infrastructure, a crucial lifeline of Western Europe and a direct attack on Russia too. If the EU was anything but a docile US puppet, this would have to be recognized as an act of war of sorts. It is meant to destroy Europe economically and permanently lock it into hostilities with Russia and judging by who is leading Europe, this will sever ties for good and has cemented the next permanent conflict to be exploited by US capital interest.
