Yeah Ukraine actually has a pretty unique history of anti-antisemitism. Nestor Mashkno is still a celebrated hero. He lead the Ukrainian (mostly peasants) to defeat the White Army. He was absolutely unflinching in his persecution of antisemites despite having no Jewish heritage himself. During a time when pograms were very widespread he would straight up execute his own generals that encouraged or participated in pograms and refused to work with any potential “allies” that did tolerate it in their ranks.
Probably the closest anarchists got to achieving a revolution too

Except they weren’t. Makhno was just a warlord with anarchist aesthetic, but not practice. His persecution of antisemitism is also a myth because while he really did shot one pogromist warlord (that was admittedly cool), then he recruited his soldiers and makhnovite forces were full of pogromists and other bandits.
