The artist who created him admitted he’s based on her dad, and the majority of photos of him are photoshops she did of her then boyfriend. Check out the linked vid.

He’s also almost certainly fake unfortunately.
Part of me feels vindicated (I’ve been saying it for a while now), and part of me feels sad.
The later pictures were definitely more convincing.
