Transmission (available on almost any OS) or Ktorrent (for Linux) are the best in my experience. Both open source, automatic (just import torrent files or magnet links and you’re off to the races in most cases), will seed during and for an unlimited amount of time after downloading by default, and free of shady ads and other weird stuff. The former has a headless version and can be run off any dinky single board computer like a raspberry pi zero with attached storage, so it’s easy to set and forget while seeding your favourite torrents, that’s what I do.
