These look great! I’m wanting to get some seedlings started too, but I’ll probably fail at getting them started a few times before I get the hang of it.
If you’re in a temperate climate you almost can’t fail with peas (and other beans) or mint. Both can be grown in pots but get a bushy variety of peas/beans if you use a pot.
