The important thing in the coming years will be to navigate the economic warfare waged by the United States as it loses its grip on the world. The global south is already suffering as a result of the US war in Ukraine, and IMF, World Bank, and USAID loans will certainly begin to have stipulations banning trade with Russia and China. Hopefully Moscow and Beijing are well prepared to deal with this inevitability and the BRI is able to push back.
