I’d encourage people to make posts on Lemmygrad communities and then to post links out on relevant subreddits, that way Lemmygrad has a constant presence on Reddit and it will draw in new users.
A call to action is good and all but nothing beats luring people to try Lemmy by following a link.
Make sure to keep mentioning lemmygrad in all leftist subs on Reddit.
